Customer has the right by law § 28 122/2013:
  • on written request, to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are personal data
  • request information on how their personal data are processed
  • request information about the source from which the controller obtained his or her personal data
  • require a list of the personal data subject to processing
  • request the rectification or destruction of their incorrect, incomplete or outdated personal data subject to processing
  • require the destruction of their personal data that is being processed if there has been a breach of the law
  • require the blocking of personal data on the ground of withdrawal of consent before the expiry of its validity period, if the controller processes personal data on the basis of the data subject’s consent
  • on written request, object to the processing – use – disclosure of their personal data and request its destruction in the event that these data are processed and used for direct marketing purposes without their consent

All authorised requests will be met and the customer will be informed about them within 30 days Customer can fullfill their rights via electronic communicaton, in written form of personally at the company address.

If you wish to cancel your registration on our website, simply notify your decision in writing by email to:info@retrolit.eu. Seller has the right to cancel your registration in case no order was made during past 24 months After cancellation of your registration all the personal data will be discarted. Invoces and other details necessary for our accounts has to be kept in the means of law no. 395/2002 for the time of 10 years since order completion. After this all the data will be erased. The Buyer declares that he agrees in accordance with the provisions of. § 7 ods. 1 law no. 428/2002 Z.z. about GDPR to let the seller process personal data stated in the chapter 2. of these General Terms and Conditions and/or which are necessary for the Seller’s activities and process them in all its information systems.

The Seller undertakes to treat and dispose of the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic and that the data provided by the Buyer shall be used exclusively for the Seller’s needs related to the fulfilment of the obligations arising from the Purchase Contract.
