LE TONKINOIS MARINE N ° 1 used for wood protection Suitable for all wood types in interior and exterior Can be used on wooden furniture, floors, doors, metals, flagpoles, buildings, deckings etc.Ideal for yachts, certified by french marine Thanks to its natural composition, this varnish is higly sustainable and extremly protecting.Application:LE TONKINOIS MARINE N ° 1 apply in thin layers. (you can use roller, brush or a sprying pistol) Make sure the surface is clean and pre sanded. For better result use BioImpression oil varnish as a first layer. Ammount of layers depends on desired protection level. We roccommend at least:3-6 layers in inerior
6-10 layers in exterior.
Surfaces that come to contact with sea water shall have at least 10 or more layers applied.Usage:Approx 20m2 per liter and layer
More layers - more protectionDrying time:Approx 10 -12 hours by room temperature with low humidity and good ventilaton.

Parquett floor has to be sanded or othervise roughened prior to application Gaps shall be filled with mixture of grindings with the varnish Base layer and the next one can normally be done whiitin one day. The top coat shall be apllied next day
It is advised to use BioImpression varnish oil as base oil especially for soft wood to harden it. Varnishing shall be done with varnishing roller in thin layersImportant is to regrind the surface before adding next layer*

Le Tonkinois – Bio Impression
Special inpregnation for teak wood Base layer for Le tonkinois, suitable for all wood types is a deep-penetrating, fast-drying and moisture-protecting natural oil varnish consisting of linseed oil, castor oil, palm oil, lemon oil and aloe. It has an excellent adhesion to all hard resinous and greasy woods. Provides longlasting protection and helps hardening of wood perfect protection against UV also used as base layer for varnishThanks to deeply penetrating features, the capilars of the wood are naturally closing this is decreasing the possibility of wood bloating and minimalizes damage of paint It has an excellent adhesion to all hard resinous and greasy woods.Application:To obtain an “oily appearance” apply Bio Impression with a Scotch-Brite sponge. The wooden surfaces should be clean and grease-free, preferable the surface should be freshly sanded. The moisture content of the wood must not exceed 14%. Bio Impression is applied to at least 2 layers indoors and 3-5 layers outdoors.Usage:Approx 20m2 per liter and layer
