Linseed paint Matt White Indoors
NCS-code: 0502-Y18RNEW! For over two years we have been delveloping a new Matt linseed oil paint for painting indoors that is not classified as hazardous to health or the environment. Previously, our matt linseed oil paint contained turpentine as a solvent, creating working environment problems when painting indoors. Matt linseed oil paint contains a highly purified odourless petroleum naphtha (with better working environment values than aliphatic naphtha). Petroleum naphtha has a benzene content of 0.01%, the limit value being 0.1%. The paint contains only 2.0 dl. of naphtha per litre. - Can be used on all surfaces, also can be used on pH-neutral plasters, wood, tiles or already painted surfaces and metal. The paint is applied undiluted 1-2 times depending on the substrate. Highly absorbent substrates should be primed first using the linseed oil paint White Primer Indoors.Highly absorbent substrates should be primed first using the linseed oil paint White Primer Indoors. The paint functions well as a primer on previously painted surfaces. Linseed paint Zinc White
Note: Do not use Zinc White linseed oil paint for white linseed oil painting generally. Choose the product White Titanium-Zinc as a “white linseed oil paint” instead when painting indoors and outdoors.
Zinc White linseed oil paint has poor opacity and is primarily useful as a white colour mix within shade gradation. Zinc White linseed oil paint gives increased gloss and hardness to the painted surface. The content should not exceed 30 weight percent in a final coat outdoors as there is a risk of cracking.
Due to its transparency, Zinc White can be used as a white varnish if linseed oil/turpentine is added.

For example: If you order 24 litres of a particular paint shade, you should choose 4 × 5 lt. 1 × 3 lt. and 1 × 1 lt. in order to receive a discount. (If you choose 8 × 3 lt. or 24 x 1 litres, you pay the unit price without discount). - -> When we send you the invoice, we calculate the price and you receive a discount as follows: Paint quantities between 11-30 litres gives approximately 10% discount and above 30 litres yields an additional approximately 5% discount. As compared to the liter price of the 5 liter.We reserve the right to adjust the price if more expensive pigments are used in the mixing. Generally speaking, strong shades of bright green paint cost 15% more. When using cobalt blue and red and yellow signal shades, the paint will be more expensive than indicated here. White linseed paint suitable for plaster – VIT Puts
Made specially for plasters, suitablle also for painted plasters or pH neutral plasters. The paint contains turpentine. Paint in two thin layers, use a brush or a roller. The final paint has semi glossy effect This type of paint has a long tradition and was often used for facades in urban settings. In 18th and 19th century it was always considered as valuable product.Working process on plaster is the same as when we paint wood. The main diffeence - wood has a neutral pH 7 while plaster has alcalic high pH.Plaster can contain cement and lime. Bigger the ammount of cement quicker the drying time. In the process of plaster drying carbonisation occures - alcaline pH lovers and approx after 3 months becomes neutral. Therefor at least 3 months are required before painting the plaster. When painting an old plaster no wait is required.
